Finance and Facility Director
Columbus Christian Center Church

"I had reservations about attending the conference in 2011 but after getting there it was the best thing I could have done. This conference helped me understand our system so much better and I received information that helped me to clean up our records and make our processes better. Thank you for all that you do. I cannot wait for Atlanta 2012."

"This conference is not fluff! It's crammed full of good information, great staff, fantastic speakers, and good learning opportunities form peers. I've attended 5 or 6 and they have always proven to be both money and time well-invested."

Dawne

Business Manager
Christ the King Parish

"I find it very beneficial because not only can I learn about the products we have, but I also get an opportunity to talk with other users from other parishes as well and find out how they manage their offices as well as how they utilize PDS. With it being combined with ACS, I've had the opportunity to meet with people from other churches, not just Catholic churches, and it's been very interesting to hear how they run their offices and utilize their software. It's made for a much larger convention, but it's very exciting, and I'm already looking forward to next year with new ideas and new classes and what I can learn."

"I found the Ideas to Impact conference to be a great place to connect with peers and pick up new skills. I really enjoy meeting with people from other churches, and the staff is also great. I would highly recommend it! I'll be back!"

"Going to conference has become an annual event for me. I pick up great ideas to use the system in new ways and I really enjoy meeting the folks from ACS and engaging in dialogue with them about how we use the system and what improvements we would like in the future. Networking with my peers at other churches is also an important part of conference for me, to be able to sit over lunch or break and exchange ideas and challenges we all face, and then to continue that relationship after conference keeps me coming back each year!"

Accounting Systems Supervisor

"It was wonderful meeting the parishes and diocese across the country that are using PDS. There were classes that introduced features that I was not aware were in the system. This will allow me to sign up for a more in depth class on the PDS website so that I can fully utilize all of the features within PDS. A Convention is a wonderful way to network and meet others that are using the same software. Discussing how other parishes handle certain issues can do nothing but benefit each parish concerned. I would highly recommend the convention."

"I take my job very seriously-partly because I have to really think about the money that we're spending. It's people's time, it's money that the Lord blessed them with they're tithing to the church. I want to make sure that every dime that I spend is for ministry and not just necessarily to make my job easier. When I make decisions, I want it to be impactful for the church, I want to know that it will be used all over-that's why I come to the conference. So I can learn as much as I can about what I want to do. I want to be sure that what I do will help the church grow, that it will help me to have more time to do more ministry, to help the Pastors. It's all a learning thing here-we're all learning as we go."

Ronald

Pastoral Associate
St. John the Baptist

"Key benefits of attending convention: Meeting others who use the system. Being able to have input into the development of the next version. Encouragement from PDS as we move forward in this new era of technology for the Catholic Church. Learning of an appropriate timetable for the development of version 6. Learning that PDS is working on a program at the diocesan level. Understanding the full functionality of the PDS program. We would absolutely recommend other PDS churches attend the PDS convention."

"The conference is a great place to network with other churches, and hear how others use their software and do ministry. No matter how many times I go I always come home with something new."

"I loved the Ideas to Impact Conference. I was blessed to lead ministry impact sessions and wound up learning much from the attendees as well. This conference is a great way to connect with other ministry folks who just "get it". If you have the opportunity to attend, do it...you'll love it too!"

Dan

Associate Pastor of Administration
Hermitage Hills Baptist Church

"I've found that the Ideas to Impact conference has provided our staff with many great opportunities to review and learn new ways to use our software. The many choices of classes make it hard to choose which one to take. I especially appreciate the fact that the ministry impact classes take it far beyond software to really get at what we do in churches every day."

Vickie

Ministry Assistant for Finance

"I had such a wonderful time at the Ideas to Impact Conference. I learned so much, met new friends, even sang (if you could call it that - LOL) Karaoke for the first time! The resource area was awesome...so many vendors with products to see and discuss, games to play, and wonderful cheesecake, chocolate, ice cream, fruit! I got to talk to several ACS Technologies staff members about new ministry ideas and products to help us and when we arrived back home, our church started using new tools we learned about at the conference (which we are really enjoying)! I'm looking forward to next year's conference. Great job!"

Kelly

Business Manager
St. Stephen Martyr Church

"I really enjoyed the national convention PDS. The various classes available were very helpful. The experience was made by being in the classes with so many other people who do your same job and have the same challenges you face. The questions they asked were so helpful and I believe we all learned from each other. The lunches together were a perfect time to meet people from other parishes and get their ideas. I really enjoyed meeting the PDS staff personally and hearing the story of how the company began. The PDS staff will listen to your ideas on product improvement and make the changes. They showed us how to go online and type up improvement ideas so the programmers can make the changes. Going to the convention gives you a much better understanding of how PDS works."

"The conference was a blast! It was fun to meet other people who are passionate about getting their church database to work as effectively as possible. They value data and how it affects the local church! Ya know...it's not every day that you meet people that love data the way you do!"
