NEED TO KNOW

1.      No matter what ACS Technologies software you currently use, you are free to attend any class you want. Check out new software options, meet new people, see how others do it ... every class is yours to choose.

2.      There is no pre-registration for classes.

3.      The schedule is subject to change prior to the conference.

4.      All conference attendees will receive online access to conference documentation for every class (printed documentation and/or documentation CDs will not be provided at the conference). If you’d like to have class documentation with you at the conference, just download or print and bring it along. Access class documentation here.

Schedule Navigation

Look to the right of the page and select the software you use - ACS, PDS, The City or HeadMaster. You will be directed to the full listing of classes that are designed specifically for users like you. But don't miss the Universal Classes, also found in the right navigation area. These classes are relevant for everyone and don’t focus on any particular software module.

You can filter down further based on the type of class you’re looking for by hovering over your software name in the right navigation box and selecting one of the following from the drop down:

Getting Started - Basic software training
Perfect for beginners or as a refresher for regular users.
 
Next Level - Applied software techniques
Great for users who want to learn how to do more with their software.
 
Ministry Impact - Ministry focused
These classes are not technical, but they are all about effective ministry. They cover topics ranging from personnel management to social media. They’ll be led by experts – including many of your peers – who will draw on their experience to show you how to take your ministry further.

Create a Personalized Schedule

Achieve the best conference experience possible by creating your own customized schedule – which you can change at any time. It’s all up to you. Sign up or log in to start putting together your schedule, see your friends, and meet other attendees.

Once you are logged in, you can add classes to your personal schedule by clicking in the check box of classes you are interested in attending. You can even add the meals, breaks, and other activities you want to attend by selecting Conference Activities from the right navigation.

Click on My Profile in the right navigation whenever you want to see and/or print your customized schedule. You can even share it on Facebook or Twitter. (If you tweet, be sure to use the hashtag #impact12 so other attendees can find it.)

Go Mobile

Access your schedule on the go, open your mobile browser and enter http://ideastoimpact2012.sched.org .
