Registration for ACS clients is $449 per person when you purchase during our Early Bird Special - that's a savings of $50! Bring your whole team (3+) and you'll save even more! Your registration allows you full access to the conference, including:
- Admission to hear John Ortberg, Eric Geiger, and other keynote speakers
- Your choice over 80 software training classes and ministry implementation workshops
- Documentation for all classes, not just those you attend
- Admittance to the Resource Area
- One-to-one support attention
- Complimentary coffee and other cold beverages throughout the conference
- Breakfast on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
- Dessert Reception on Tuesday
Your name badge and conference materials will be issued at the on-site Registration Desk upon check-in.
Description of ACS Rate Tiers:
- Individual - Applied if there are one or two people attending from your organization
- Alumni - Available for those who have attended a prior convention
- Team - For groups of three or more attending from the same organization; this rate is taken over the Alumni rate.
- Non-CP - Applied to customers not on a client program. For more information on the client programs available, please contact ACS Technologies at 800-669-2509 or by email at central@acstechnologies.com.
Your convention registration does not include your hotel reservation.

If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by calling 800-669-2509 or emailing conference@acstechnologies.com. Please note, if you do not notify ACS Technologies of your cancellation, your organization will still be charged; substitutions may be made at any time.
Here's the cancellation structure:
- Early Bird -cancellations before March 14, 2010 will receive a full refund
- Regular - cancellations received between March 14 and April 30, 2010 will be refunded 80% of the registration fees
- Late - cancellations received from May 1 to May 9, 2010 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees
- No Refund -cancellations received on or after May 10, 2010 are not refundable.
