Points your team should consider when planning events
- What does your organization consider a success? What objectives must be met to make your event a success? How can this be achieved?
- Are you missing something? Are there people you are not reaching out to - maybe another section of the community, or another section of your church?
- How is this event going to be publicized? Have the techniques you’ve used in the past been successful, or could you try another approach? Are you maximizing internal communication vehicles (newsletters, Web sites, etc.)?
