The famous Galt House of Louisville, Kentucky plays host to the Ideas to Impact Conference -formerly the ACS Technologies National Convention. Nestled on the banks of the Ohio River, the Galt House is sure to be a gracious host May 26 - 28, 2010.

Rates are $99.00 per night for Single or Double occupancy. Currently, a 15.01% state and local tax is applicable to this rate.* Group rates will be honored three days before and after the conference dates. All room reservations must be made by Thursday, May 22, 2010 to receive the discounted conference rate; after May 22, regular rates will apply.

Both valet and self-parking are available; rates are $18 and $12, respectively.

Arriving on a Jet Plane

The Galt House is located approximately 6.5 miles from the Louisville International Airport (SDF); SDF is served by all major airlines.

Transportation to and from the airport is offered via Sandollar Limousine. Reservations are available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and can be made via sandollarlimo.com, galthouseshuttle.com, or by calling 502-561-4022; early or late pick-ups can be arranged as needed.

Cabs are also available to and from the airport and can also be arranged by Sandollar Limousine.

Pedal to the Metal

Located in the middle of downtown, the Galt House is accessible via major Interstates 64 and 65 and US-60.

In Town Get Around

Downtown is served by the Toonerville Trolley; boarding is available in front of the Galt House. The trolley offers easy access to many local attractions; cost is $0.50 per ride.

Tarc, the local bus system also serves downtown and is an inexpensive option; pick-up is one block from the hotel. For Tarc routes and other information, visit ridetarc.org.
